If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your puppy in person by appointment. This gives you a chance to meet your new Yorkie and ask us any last-minute questions before heading home.

🇺🇸 Delivery Within the United States

We offer safe and reliable delivery across the U.S. using trusted ground transporters and airline pet services.

• Puppies may travel by ground delivery for nearby states

• For longer distances, we arrange air travel, either in-cabin with a professional pet nanny or via approved airline cargo (when in-cabin is not available)

Your puppy will only travel when they are healthy, old enough, and cleared by a veterinarian.

🌍 International Delivery

We also provide international delivery to approved countries.

• All international shipments follow airline and country import regulations

• Puppies come with required health certificates, vaccination records, and travel documents

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs and airline schedules

Please note that buyers are responsible for any import fees, customs charges, or country-specific requirements.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on your location and delivery method (local, U.S., or international). All fees are clearly discussed upfront—no hidden charges.

Refunds & Delivery Issues

Your trust means everything to us, and we stand behind our puppies.

• If delivery is delayed due to weather, airline issues, or safety concerns, your puppy will be delivered on the next safe available date.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on our end, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • To transfer your payment to another available puppy

• If a buyer cancels after delivery arrangements have been made, shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs, import regulations, or airline policy changes for international shipments.

In the rare event of any serious issue during transport, we will work closely with you to find a fair and compassionate solution.
