All of our Yorkie puppies:

Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee that our puppies are free from life-threatening genetic defects at the time of sale. Our breeding dogs are selected based on health, temperament, and breed standards to reduce the risk of hereditary conditions.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious congenital or genetic condition within 12 months of purchase, we require:

• Written documentation from the veterinarian

• Supporting medical records confirming the diagnosis

Upon verification, Yorkie Puppies Home will offer one of the following options:

• A replacement puppy of equal value (when available), or

• A partial or full refund at our discretion

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, we require that:

• The puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival

• The puppy receives proper nutrition, regular veterinary care, and a safe living environment

• The puppy is not used for breeding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

This guarantee does not cover illnesses or conditions caused by:

• Accidents, neglect, or abuse

• Improper care or nutrition

• Exposure to contagious diseases after leaving our care
